What is Selling Enterprise?
Hi my name’s Wayne, I set this site up in order to highlight my skills and experience that make me highly suitable for an Enterprise Sales role:
In my time as a Technology focused Headhunter I have interviewed 100’s of Enterprise Sales specialists, I understand the core competencies that are required to be successful in the role and it’s my belief that I possess all of them, namely:

– Extensive Tech Experience
In order to become a better IT Recruiter I undertook the training across the Software Development Lifecycle to show my clients how much I understood their pain points namely: Agile, PRINCE2 and Togaf Enterprise Architecture.
In order to both harness digital as technology and marketing converged I undertook the IDM Professional Diploma – Digital Marketing (equivalent to BSc).
In headhunting / recruitment I have operated at a senior level for much of my time, e.g. a recent offer being for a Director level candidate at £180k a year for a US based Forensic Technology firm. I have placed many senior Tech candidates over a 10+ year career.
I now feel I’m ready to move into Enterprise Sales and utilise my experience in a way that is both a fresh challenge and also gives me the ability to really capitalise on my skill-set for both my employer and my own benefit. I have a unique combination of Technology understanding, Digital Marketing & Sales experience that will enable me to hit the ground running and quickly deliver a positive ROI for the EMEA region.
